Pine Island Farm is an established dairy farm currently with zoning requirements. Technology being used are to USDA and NRCS 

standards. Pine Island Farm has received all the permitting requiring transport and ultimate waste disposal. Pine Island Farm is 

administratively and technically complete and that the farm is in conformance with the Air Pollution Control engineering practice, and 

has been granted approval for their Air Quality and Waste Permit
